Spicy Garlic Masala Chutney

Ingredients

1 Onion
1 table spoon zeera
6-7 Garlic piece
6 kashmiri mirch
1 Small piece ginger
1/4 Tea spoon hing
1 Spoon chana daal oil
1/4 cup curd, salt according to taste

Method

  1. it is my Favorite chutney.
  2. All ingredients will shallow fry in oil till golden brown
  3. when it will be golden brown ,churn it with curd in mixey and mix salt in it .
  4. it is ready for serve.serve this masala chutney with bhazi. .

Chole

INGREDIENTS-chole(white chana) - black paper seeds jeera coriander seeds long 5-6 cloves hing 2 pinch tej patta pomegranate seeds dry mango powder Tomatoes 7-8 ginger 1- inch coriander leaves oil Method- 1-soak white chana in water for 6-7 hours. 2-take chana in a cooker and add salt as required.boiled it for 20 minutes. 3-now take dry spices and fry it in a pan for 3-4 minutes. 4-these spices will grind with tomatoes and ginger. 5-Take 2 table spoon oil in a pan and add spices,tomatoes and ginger paste. 6-fry it till oil will separate from paste. 7-now mix boiled chana in it. 8-after 15 minutes turn off the flame. 9-garnish chana with coriander leaves. 10-it is ready to serve now.

Kadai Baingan(Brinjal)

Ingredients

  • 6-7      pieces very small size Indian Brinjal.
  • 1 table spoon   Cumin seeds
  • 2 table Spoon    Coriander powder.
  • 2 table Spoon    Dry mango powder.
  • 2 table Spoon   Garam Masala.
  • As per Taste   Red Chilli powder
  • As per Taste   TATA Salt
  • Mustard oil

Preparation Step

  1. Cut small baingan in length wise.
  2. Cut Potato in same way.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds
  4. Now mix coriander powder,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  5. Fry it for 2 minutes
  6. Stir it for 2-3 minutes
  7. Cover the pan with a lid & leave it for 10 minutes
  8. When potato & baingan will soft mix dry mango powder & garam masala.Saute it
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
  10. Kadai Baingan is ready to serve
