Fruit cream-A tasty desert.

Ingredients

Apple
Peeled orange
Grapes
Banana
Pomegranet seeds
Milk cream
Sugar(churn)
Vanilla essence

Method

  1. firstly chopped all fruits in small pieces .
  2. Put water in a second pan than boil water when it will boil mix sugar and ghee in it .
  3. put milk cream in frig for some time.
  4. after 2 hr take the cream and mix all fruits in it.
  5. now mix churn sugar and vanilla essence in it.all ingredients should be mix with soft hand..
  6. keep it for chill and serve it in ice-cream bowl.
  7. for decoration we can use chocolate biscuits in both side of cream in the bowl.

Chole

INGREDIENTS-chole(white chana) - black paper seeds jeera coriander seeds long 5-6 cloves hing 2 pinch tej patta pomegranate seeds dry mango powder Tomatoes 7-8 ginger 1- inch coriander leaves oil Method- 1-soak white chana in water for 6-7 hours. 2-take chana in a cooker and add salt as required.boiled it for 20 minutes. 3-now take dry spices and fry it in a pan for 3-4 minutes. 4-these spices will grind with tomatoes and ginger. 5-Take 2 table spoon oil in a pan and add spices,tomatoes and ginger paste. 6-fry it till oil will separate from paste. 7-now mix boiled chana in it. 8-after 15 minutes turn off the flame. 9-garnish chana with coriander leaves. 10-it is ready to serve now.

Shahi Rajma

Ingredients-2 cup Rajma(kidney Beans) 1 tbs cumin seeds 1 spoon coriander powder 1/2 tbs turmeric powder 1/2 tbs paprika 1/2 tbs red chilli powder 3 spoon oil 2 spoon fresh curd salt as per taste coriander leaves chopped Ingredients for(curry) paste-1 onion chopped 4 tomatoes chopped 2 green chilli 1 inch ginger 5-6 cloves garlic peeled Method-Soak Rajma in to water for 6 hrs. Pressure cook Rajma with salt & 1/2 tbs oil for 20 minutes. Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute it for 4 minutes. Heat oil in a pan,add ingredients of paste and fry it till golden brown. After 10 minutes grind it with curd & keep aside. Now mix curry paste and Rajma in it. Simmer it about 20 minutes. Garnish it from a lot of coriander leaves. Serve Shahi Rajma with rice,naan or chapati.

Samolina kurkura

Ingredients

4 piece of bread slice.
1 medium size onion chopped.
1 capsicum chopped.
2 green chilly chopped.
1/4 cabbage chopped.
2 spoon milk cream.
1 tea spoon samolina.
1 tea maggi masala.
salt according to taste

Method

  1. All vegetables should be chopped firstly.
  2. After it take milk cream in a bowl.
  3. Mix all vegetables ,maggi masala ,samolina(suji)&salt in the cream.
  4. Take a slice of bread and spread this vegetables paste on it.put non stick pan on gas stove .
  5. pan should be hot the time of making it.put down ready slice on pan from the side of better.
  6. after browing it wil be brown another side also.now it is ready .
  7. cut these slices in triangle shape and garnish it with coriender leaves. serve it with green and red chilli chutney. .

Getting Bored with Chapati, try Chapati Poha

Ingredients- 4 Fresh Chapati(cut in small square pieces) 2 Onion (finely peeled & chopped) 1 Tomato(finely chopped) handful Coriander leaves 1 Grated Carrot. 2 spoon roasted peanuts(crushed) 2 spoon Oil. 1/2 spoon Mustered seeds Hing 1 pinch Lemon juice-1 tea spoon kari patta leaves 8-10 salt as per taste Method 1. Take a pan and heat oil in it. 2. Put little hing,mustered seeds & kari patta leaves. 3. Add chopped onion and fry it till golden brown. 4. Now mix chopped tomato and green chilli, saute it. 5. After frying mix Chapati pieces. 6. Now add salt and lemon juice. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves, Carrot and crushed peanuts. 8. Its ready to Serve. Enjoy the yummy snacks.
