Onion masala Bhindi(Lady finger)

Ingredients-Fresh lady finger-250 gm Onion(finely peeled &chopped)-2 Green chilli-4-5 Coriander powder-2 spoon Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon Cumin seeds-1/2tbs Fennel seeds-1 tbs Mustard oil-2 tbs Salt as per taste Preparation Step-1.Wash ladyfinger & leave it for dry. 2.Cut it in round shape. 3.Heat oil in a pan. 4.Add cumin seeds.Than fry chopped onion & chopped green chilli. 5.After browning onion mix coriander powder & turmeric powder. 6.Now add fennel seeds in it. 7.Mix chopped lady finger and salt. 8. Stir it and leave it for till soft. 9.Preferably do this on a low flame. 10.You can garnish it from brown fry onion. Note-If green chilli are not available that we can use red chilli powder as per taste.

Kadai Baingan(Brinjal)

Ingredients

  • 6-7      pieces very small size Indian Brinjal.
  • 1 table spoon   Cumin seeds
  • 2 table Spoon    Coriander powder.
  • 2 table Spoon    Dry mango powder.
  • 2 table Spoon   Garam Masala.
  • As per Taste   Red Chilli powder
  • As per Taste   TATA Salt
  • Mustard oil

Preparation Step

  1. Cut small baingan in length wise.
  2. Cut Potato in same way.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds
  4. Now mix coriander powder,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  5. Fry it for 2 minutes
  6. Stir it for 2-3 minutes
  7. Cover the pan with a lid & leave it for 10 minutes
  8. When potato & baingan will soft mix dry mango powder & garam masala.Saute it
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
  10. Kadai Baingan is ready to serve

Hari Bhari Boondi


Ingredients-
Gram flour 1 cup
green eatable food color a small pinch
salt as taste
Mustard oil
Hing 2 pinch
Method-1-Take gram flour in a dish.
2-Add water,salt,color and hing in it.
3-Make a smooth thick better.
4-Keep this better for 10 minutes.
5-Heat oil in a pan.
6-Take the better and pour the better over a sieve with small round holes.
7-Tap it with a spoon so that small balls of dough fall in to the oil separately.
8-Fry it till crispy.
9-Your colored boondi is ready.
10- You can add it any type of eatable things.
Note-1-It can be stored for some days.
