Healthy chivra poha
Ingredients-Chivra (beaten Rice)-2 cup
Black mustered seeds-1/4 tbs
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbs
Curry leaves 5-6
Green chilli 3-4
oil 2-3 tbs
Boiled potato(finely peeled)2-3
Onion (finely peeled & chopped)-1 large
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cucumber(finely peeled)-1 medium size
Preparation steps-
1-Heat oil in a pan.
2-Add mustered seeds and curry leaves.
3-After cracked seeds add chopped onion.
4-Now add green chilli and turmeric powder.
5-Saute it and mix chopped potato.
6-Soak chivra for a minute(till soft)and drain water.Keep aside for 5 minutes.
7-Add chivra,chopped cucumber,salt and mix all the ingredients together properly.
8-stir it for 4-5 minutes.
9-Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note-1-you can add peas,cabbage,capsicum,tomato as per your taste.
2-All work should be done with soft hand otherwise there can be lumps of chivra.
3-If curry leaves are not available we can use coriander leaves for frying.

Onion masala Bhindi(Lady finger)
Ingredients-Fresh lady finger-250 gm
Onion(finely peeled &chopped)-2
Green chilli-4-5
Coriander powder-2 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2tbs
Fennel seeds-1 tbs
Mustard oil-2 tbs
Salt as per taste
Preparation Step-1.Wash ladyfinger & leave it for dry.
2.Cut it in round shape.
3.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Add cumin seeds.Than fry chopped onion & chopped green chilli.
5.After browning onion mix coriander powder & turmeric powder.
6.Now add fennel seeds in it.
7.Mix chopped lady finger and salt.
8. Stir it and leave it for till soft.
9.Preferably do this on a low flame.
10.You can garnish it from brown fry onion.
Note-If green chilli are not available that we can use red chilli powder as per taste.

Kadai Baingan(Brinjal)
Ingredients
- 6-7 pieces very small size Indian Brinjal.
- 1 table spoon Cumin seeds
- 2 table Spoon Coriander powder.
- 2 table Spoon Dry mango powder.
- 2 table Spoon Garam Masala.
- As per Taste Red Chilli powder
- As per Taste TATA Salt
- Mustard oil
Preparation Step
- Cut small baingan in length wise.
- Cut Potato in same way.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds
- Now mix coriander powder,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
- Fry it for 2 minutes
- Stir it for 2-3 minutes
- Cover the pan with a lid & leave it for 10 minutes
- When potato & baingan will soft mix dry mango powder & garam masala.Saute it
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Kadai Baingan is ready to serve

Getting Bored with other Snacks!!!! Try Smiley Sandwich
Ingredients-Boiled potatoes(finely pilled & mashed)-5-6
Bread Slices-8
Cumin seeds(jeera)-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder-2 tea spoon
Dry mango powder-1/2 tea spoon
Green chillies 4-5(chopped)
Coriander leaves
Garam masala 1/2 tea spoon
Salt as per taste
Oil- 1-spoon
cheez slice
Method- 1-Take a pan and heat oil in it.
2-After it add hing and cumin seeds.
3-When cumin seeds have cracked mix coriander powder and green chillies.
4-Now add mashed potatoes and salt.
5-After 5 to 8 minutes frying mix dry mango powder,garam masala and coriander leaves.
6-Keep a side .
7.Take bread slices and cut it in round shape.
8.On 1 slice apply potato paste and cheez and put 2 bread slice on it.
9.Apply oil both side of sandwich .
10-Sandwich will shallow fry on a non stick (flat surface)pan.
11-After browning both side.
12-Now make a smiley face with ketchup.it is ready to it.

Rang Biranga Chivra(poha) Namkeen
Ingredients-Chivra 250 gm.(poha)
green boondi 100 gm. Orange boondi 100 gm. chat masala. Tatri. Black paper powder. Garam masala. oil for frying. salt as taste. Method-1.Heat oil in a pan. 2.Chivra should be keep in a steel net and than deep fry in it ,from this oil will not be in chivra. 3.After frying take out it and spread on a paper. 4.Add green and orange boondi . 4.Mix all the spices and salt. Note-1.All spices should be grind well before mix in chivra. 2.Spices should be mix according your taste. 3.You can ready colored boondi at home also.

Sabudana Coconut Namkeen
Ingredients
-Sabudana 200gm
Peanuts 100gm
Coconut(dry)1/2of small size
Green chilli 4-5(chopped in very small parts)
Kari patta(a full hand)
Dry Mango Powder 1table spoon
Roasted cumin seeds 1tea spoon(grind)
Cloves 4-5(roasted & grind)
oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Method-1-Fry peanuts in a pan and keep aside.
2-Chopped chillies, kari patta and coconut will also fry in 1 tb spoon oil.
3-Heat oil in the same pan and deep fry the sabudana.
4-Sabudana should be soft and cripsy during frying.
5-Take out it from oil on a paper napkin.spread it untill its oil not be dry.
6-Than mix peanuts, sabudana ,chilli,kari patta and coconut.
7-Add all spices and salt,stir well it.
Note- 1-Green chilli will chopped with out seeds.
2-Sabudana will be fry in 2 times(first half fry and than again full fry )sabudana will be fluffy.
3-Coconut will cut in long and thin slices.
4-you can also add 1/2 spoon grind sugar for the taste change.

Hari Bhari Boondi
Ingredients-
Gram flour 1 cup
green eatable food color a small pinch
salt as taste
Mustard oil
Hing 2 pinch
Method-1-Take gram flour in a dish.
2-Add water,salt,color and hing in it.
3-Make a smooth thick better.
4-Keep this better for 10 minutes.
5-Heat oil in a pan.
6-Take the better and pour the better over a sieve with small round holes.
7-Tap it with a spoon so that small balls of dough fall in to the oil separately.
8-Fry it till crispy.
9-Your colored boondi is ready.
10- You can add it any type of eatable things.
Note-1-It can be stored for some days.

Enjoy Plain Rice
Ingredients-Baasmati rice 1 cup. lemon 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice. water 4 cup. Method-1.soak rice in water for 1/2 hour. 2.Boil 4 cup water in a pan. 3.Add soaked rice in it. 4.After half boil,mix lemon juice. 5.When steamed properly,drain water from rice. 6.Healthy plain rice ready now,serve it with Pulse,Sambhar or curd e.t.c. Note- 1.Plain rice is very nutritious for health. 2.During draining water from rice should be carefully. 3.Lemon juice will help rice separate from each other.

Sabudana Poha
Ingredients-small sabudana-1 cup
peanuts-1/2cup
kari patta-10 leaves
mustard seeds-1/2 tea spoon
green chilli-4 chopped
lemon juice-1 table spoon
black paper powder1/4 tea spoon
oil-2 table spoon
boiled and chopped potato(2)
Method-
1-Soak sabudana in a big bowl for over night in water.
2-next morning drain sabudana in a net for 1/2 hr.
3-fry peanuts in a pan till brown.
4-now in second pan heat oil for frying.
5-In this oil put mustard seeds till crackes.
6-after it curry patta and green chilli will fry in it.
7-than mix boiled potato,peanuts in it.
8-after browning sabudana will mix in it.
9-After 7 minutes lemon juice,black paper powder and salt sprinkled on it.
10-now it is ready to it.

Tasty Suji(rava)'s Halwa
Ingredients
suji(rava)1 cup
sugar 1 cup
kesar leaves
dry fruits
cardamom powder
desi ghee 4 spoon
water 4 cup
Method
- Fry suji in a pan until light brown..
- Put water in a second pan than boil water when it will boil mix sugar and ghee in it .
- After 5 minutes mix suji and kesar leaves and leave for 10 minutes.
- In the last cardamom powder will mix. .
- Hot-hot halwa is ready now..
- sprinkled chopped dry fruits on it . .
