Ingredients
4 piece of bread slice.
1 medium size onion chopped.
1 capsicum chopped.
2 green chilly chopped.
1/4 cabbage chopped.
2 spoon milk cream.
1 tea spoon samolina.
1 tea maggi masala.
salt according to taste
Method
- All vegetables should be chopped firstly.
- After it take milk cream in a bowl.
- Mix all vegetables ,maggi masala ,samolina(suji)&salt in the cream.
- Take a slice of bread and spread this vegetables paste on it.put non stick pan on gas stove .
- pan should be hot the time of making it.put down ready slice on pan from the side of better.
- after browing it wil be brown another side also.now it is ready .
- cut these slices in triangle shape and garnish it with coriender leaves. serve it with green and red chilli chutney. .
