Chezey Potato Dip

Ingredients

1 potato (boiled & mashed),
3 tablespoon cheese spread,
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste,
1/2 teaspoon rai powder,
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste ,
1/4 teaspoon green chilli paste,
1/4 teaspoon blackpaper powder,
1 tea spoon tomato souse ,salt according to taste.
olive oil& paperica according to need.olive cutted in piece

Method

  1. all ingredients mix in a bowl
  2. After it on the top olive oil
  3. peperika and slice of olive put on with roasted cheese pops
  4. this dish should be place in frig for some time .
  5. after it cool-cool cheese dip is ready for eat.

Cabbage friters

Ingredients

1 cup chopped cabbage. 1/2 cup maida. 1/4 spoon soda bi carb. 1/2 tea spoon ginger green chilly paste, 1/4chopped coriander leaves, 1 spoon lemon juice,salt according to taste, 2 spoon curd,oil for frying,4 spoon cornflor for wraping.

Method

  1. mix all the ingredientes with curd.
  2. it should be thik paste.Heat some oil in a pan
  3. make some bolls of this paste and wrap it in cornflor and fry till golden brown. .
  4. sprinkled chat masala on it and serve it. .
